  • Lead Teacher

    •  Provide developmental services with quality and confidentiality 

    • Create fun and intentional lesson plans monthly

    •Create individual lesson plans and complete ASQ screenings regularly

    •  Plan and implement daily developmental learning models and activities for infant/toddler/pre-school/school- age children incorporating differences in cultural backgrounds, emotional and physical abilities, and pace of learning

    •  Maintain a physical environment that promotes optimal growth, development, and positive social interaction

    •  Monitor and supervise children at all times; conduct daily observations and health checks

    •  Provide advice and support to teacher assistants and parent participants.

    •  Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, conferences, workshops and other professional development opportunities  

    • Be up to date on training and trends in early childhood education

    • Must be a proactive, competent, and independent worker and have a proper understanding of developmentally appropriate practices, conversations, and interactions with students


    Qualifications:

    • A CDA or degree in Early Childhood education or related field

    OR

    • in the process of completing CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

    • CPL 2 or higher in OCCRRA ( if less than CPL 3, there are progressive steps in obtaining this level once hired)

    • 1 year of experience in teaching or childcare

    • Ability to work with and teach infants, toddlers, preschool, or school age children

    • Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties

    • Ability to analyze and interpret data and successfully resolve problems

    •Ability to lift 50lbs and meet the physical demands of working with children

    •No physical/mental/emotional limitations that would prevent the implementation of caring for, supervising, and appropriately engaging with children


  • Assistant Teacher/ Floater

    • Assist in creating and implementing fun and intentional lesson plans monthly

    •Assist in creating individual lesson plans and complete ASQ screenings regularly

    •  Implement daily developmental learning models and activities for infant/toddler/pre-school/school- age children incorporating differences in cultural backgrounds, emotional and physical abilities, and pace of learning

    • 6 months of experience in teaching or childcare

    •in a CDA program or enrolled at a college or university studying early childhood education or related field

    • ability to obtain and maintain a CPL 2 or higher in OCCRRA

    • Ability to work with and teach infants, toddlers, preschool, or school age children

    • Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties

  • Bus Driver

    •  Maintain a physical environment that promotes optimal growth, development, and positive social interaction

    Qualifications:

    • Ability to obtain and maintain a CPL 2 or higher in OCCRRA

    • Must take the Ohio Transportation training in OCCRRA

    •Must have CPR/First Aid/ AED Training

    • Must have a state issued driver's license and good driving record

    • Ability to work with and teach infants, toddlers, preschool, or school age children

    • Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties

    • Ability to analyze and interpret data and successfully resolve problems

    •Ability to lift 50lbs and meet the physical demands of working with children

    •No physical/mental/emotional limitations that would prevent the implementation of caring for, supervising, and appropriately engaging with children


  • Cook

    • Create weekly menus for infants, toddlers, preschool, and school age students

    •manage kitchen inventory

    •Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and light housekeeping in the center

    •  Monitor and supervise children when needed; conduct daily observations and health checks

    •  Actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, conferences, workshops and other professional development opportunities 

    • Be up to date on training and trends in early childhood education

    • Must be a proactive, competent, and independent worker and understand developmentally appropriate practices, conversations, and interactions with students


    Qualifications:

    • Ability to obtain and maintain a CPL 2 or higher in OCCRRA

    •Must have CPR/First Aid/ AED Training or willing to obtain within the first 6 months

    • Ability to work with infants, toddlers, preschool, or school age children

    • Computer experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties

    • Ability to analyze and interpret data and successfully resolve problems

    •Ability to lift 50lbs and meet the physical demands of working with children
